Its full of lovely green plants Asian style with scattered rugs, the living room has a delicate bamboo Tatami mezzanine looking over the sea. That's why it's suited for soft house slippers or barefoot.

The living room:
is a peaceful room generally, but no loudness from 10pm till 10am unless Fantastic 180°views over the sea, beach and Hove lawns.

The room
has great soundproofing for playing music at any time without being disturbed or disturbing others. :)
Your 16 sq/m bedroom has a view of the rooftops to the north of Brunswick area. It is a quiet room, aside from the sound of seagulls which we get used to in Brighton.

There is an excellent large bathtub and a good electric shower with constant temperature.

A small spare room:
dedicated for storing and drying laundry.
The rooftop is great for chilling in a hammock sunbathing and drying laundry depending on the weather.

The flat is clean and beautifully complimented by natural light.

I've been living in brighton for 28 years.
Im a professional artist, I've also been running a small holiday home in central Brighton for many years. I travel a lot.
I like to be outdoors as much as possible. I generally socialise out of the house, as I like eating out and going to events. My partner lives locally and has thier own place where i stay occasionally.

I'm looking for a mature flatmate, ideally long term, who has experience in life, understanding that a large Regency flat needs pro active person rather than someone who needs mothering. As cleaning not included ;)
