Brighton, Hove and Preston Park train stations are easily reachable on foot, if you are a commuter.

The flat benefits from a very large lounge area that can be divided up into a working space, a zone to relax and a place to dine. It has a separate kitchen, a bedroom that fits a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers (or just a very large wardrobe depending on one's preferences), and a double shower. It is available partially furnished, for example, the dining table is included, but not the bed/mattress.
