Beautiful flat to yourself in central Hove

Hello,
I’m letting my beautiful 2 bed flat in central Hove for one month whilst I go away to visit family.

You will have the entire place to yourself and use of everywhere apart from the second bedroom where I will put my personal things out of your way.

About the flat:

Very important - I have a friendly cat that would love your affection over the month and need to be fed most days (we can go into the specifics later).

Your bedroom is massive and full of natural light in the mornings.

The living room is large and has a projector set-up.

The kitchen is big too and has lots of space to cook.

The bathroom has a shower and separate bath.

There is also a private driveway that you can make use of, it’s a sunny spot and as I don’t have a car I often sit out there with my morning coffee.

The flat is a 10 min stroll away from Hove station and the beach. Big Tesco is 1 min away and Hove’s main high street is 2 mins away.

Bills included apart from gas & electric that runs on a smart meter - usually £60 a month total. Cleaner comes every 2 weeks (included).

About you:

You are a cat loving (or at least liking) person that doesn’t smoke inside.
