The flat also has a large lounge with big windows and a good sized kitchen.

We are in a good location - only 5 minutes walk to Hove station, a 10 minute walk to the seafront and close to a variety of shops.

You would be sharing the flat with 2 other friendly males.

It is available for £765 a month (including all bills)
We rent through a letting agents and a deposit of £333 is required.

Parking/ Garage can be available at an additional annual cost through the letting agents.
