There is also a downstairs toilet.

Parking is available on the street outside with a permit available from Brighton Council and it's a 10 minute walk to either Hove or Aldrington railway stations.

Rent is £598.33 per calendar month, excluding bills. You will pay your share of gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet and tv license.

You would be joining the current tenants, 3 females and 1 male, on a tenancy that runs until 11 August 2025 (renewable if all parties are happy).

You must have a UK guarantor but there is no security deposit required.
