KITCHEN has a breakfast bar, with outdoor access as well as views looking south towards the sea and the Queen Victoria statue at the bottom of Grand Avenue. Also a dishwasher, fridge freezer and the usual mod cons.

GREAT LOCATION The flat is within minutes of a multitude of cafes, restaurants, wine bars, pubs and supermarkets, and only 5 minutes walk from the sea. Round the corner in Church Road, there are any number of buses that can take you into Brighton and beyond (or in the opposite direction to Portslade, Shoreham and Worthing). Hove station is a 10 minute walk and there is a bus that goes direct to Brighton station.
