WELCOME to my lovely 7th floor apartment, in the heart of Hove.
THE ROOM can be used as a bed-sit as it is big (10 ft 6 x 15 ft), with a sofa, and has fabulous west facing views, overlooking the sea, and some amazing sunsets, weather permitting.
The king size bed can be separated into two singles. Or one! There is plenty of hanging space as well as other storage space, and a fold up desk if you need to do work.
Apart from the seagulls its a quiet room. No traffic noise.
SHARE of the bathroom, separate loo and kitchen.
RENT £840 pcm including all bills, council tax and high speed wifi.
KITCHEN has a breakfast bar, this time with views looking south towards the sea and the Queen Victoria statue at the bottom of Grand Avenue. Also a dishwasher, fridge freezer and the usual mod cons. You are welcome to use the washing machine but I don't have a drying facility and its not possible to dry clothes in the room. However there is a great laundromat round the corner with tumble dryers and can also do service washes.
GREAT LOCATION The flat is within minutes of a multitude of cafes, restaurants, wine bars, pubs and supermarkets, and only 5 minutes walk from the sea. Round the corner in Church Road, there are any number of buses that can take you into Brighton and beyond (or in the opposite direction to Portslade, Shoreham and Worthing). Hove station is a 10 minute walk and there is a bus that goes direct to Brighton station.
SUIT a responsible and considerate mature female who is clean and tidy, easy going, and works/studies regular hours somewhere other than home.
ME: sociable, approachable, ENFP (sociable introvert), into yoga, tennis, travel, hiking, having fun, as well as enjoying peace and quiet.
