Welcome to my lovely 7rh floor apartment, in the heart of Hove. My spare room is big and has fabulous west facing views, overlooking the sea, and some amazing sunsets, weather permitting.
The king size bed can be separated into two singles. There is plenty of hanging space, and a fold up desk if you need to work.
We share bathroom and separate loo, and you can use the kitchen for light meals. The flat is within minutes of a multitude of cafes, restaurants, wine bars and pubs, and only 5 minutes walk from the sea.
My living room is private (although if I am away you are welcome to use it), but the kitchen has a breakfast bar, this time with views looking down south towards the sea and the Queen Victoria statue at the bottom of Grand Avenue.
The room is available from Monday (4 pm) to Friday (10 am). All bills, council tax and wifi included.
