HI there! My current housemate is moving out so I'm looking for a new person to take his room.
It's a large double room with en suite, less than a 5 min walk to the beach & Hove Lagoon. There is a bus round the corner which gets you to central Brighton in 15 mins, and Hove Station is less than a 15 min walk away.
The room has an en suite and is unfurnished but does have a built in wardrobe. The rest of the flat is fully furnished, but open to adding some new furniture if you have some you need to bring!
I would like to keep it as a gay household but it's not a dealbreaker! I'm looking for someone who's sociable and comfortable watching TV together/sharing a bottle of wine in an evening when we fancy it. I work from home full time mon-fri and have my desk set up in the living room.
The flat is £600 rent (a bargain considering it's location and size), council tax band C.
Bills all together come to just under £150 a month each.
