Single Room in Hove home near the sea

I'm looking for someone to share my home with one other flatmate.
I have a dog who is 12 years old - very lovely and sweet. My cat is 16 and quite grumpy but sleeps a lot.
The room is at the top of the house up two flights of stairs. There is one bathroom with a shower to share with the other flatmate..
The house backs onto Wish Park and is 400 metres from the sea so a fantastic position. You will be sharing the house with me and one other person, during term times. My children will be home during some of the uni holidays. Council tax band D. Buses into town are very frequent and it's a 20 min walk to Portslade Train Station. You would need a parking permit which is light touch. I'd expect you to be comfortable living with pets. Additional bills - council tax to be shared if you are eligible. All others included.
