En Suit room available in Hove

Hi! Myself and a friend are looking for a third person to move in with us to a 3 bed flat in Hove with a double room en suite and a sea view balcony :)

We're both pretty relaxed and hang out together often whilst also respecting each others space and we would be looking for someone similar to move in with us. Interests for us both include football, sea swimming, gardening, art & the gym. Always open to having friends around and socialising.

We're about 5 mins away from Aldrington station and a ten minute walk from Hove. The flat is unfurnished and bills unfortunately not included with this one however the flat does come with the following:

Blinds
Washing Machine & Dryer
Built-in appliances including Gas Hob, Oven, Extractor, Full size Fridge Freezer and a Dishwasher
