Cozy room near Palmeira Square

I am currently looking for a professional female housemate to fill my room near Palmeira Square in Hove from the end of June and move in with my 3 lovely housemates!

Even though I’ve only lived in the flat for the last 10 months I’ve absolutely loved it here and i’m so sad to be leaving! I’m only leaving because I’ve decided to move in with my partner but I’m going to miss the room, flat and the girls loads.

I would ideally be looking for someone to sublet my room until the end of the current tenancy, which will be running until 28th September 2024 when you and the girls can either re-sign for another 12 months, all decide to leave, or partially continue and fill some of the rooms with new tenants.

 The flat is lovely and bright, spread over 3 floors and has been newly decorated. It includes 2 showers, 3 toilets, a combined kitchen/living space, and 4 large bedrooms. 

You would be living with 3 lovely girls between the ages of 25-29 who work full time in a hybrid capacity in and around Brighton. We have lots of shared interests including days spent on the beach, gigs and working our way through all of Brighton’s best pubs and brunch spots. When we’re at home we mostly spend time recharging and doing our own thing, but are always open to a midweek drink or takeaway together! 


Rent for this room is £560 a month plus bills which comes to around £630 a month (including council tax band B, water, electricity, gas, internet and contents insurance plus our no deposit scheme).

You will need to pass referencing with our letting agent and earn a minimum of £17,160 annually.

**the white bedside table and white chest of drawers, as well as clothes rail will stay in the room. The mattress is for sale.
