Peaceful house in Hove with office space

I have a fully furnished room in a large 3 bed house available in a quiet road in Hove. 5 mins from Hove station and plenty of bus links close by. 10/15 minute walk to the beach and Hove park. Permit parking available.

The house is over three floors, open plan kitchen/living room with breakfast bar, small utility room/downstairs toilet, south facing garden and little patio area above. Also dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Shared bathroom, and a loft conversion with two office spaces (one available for new housemate - please see pictures), sofa bed and second TV.

There is plenty of storage options (large grey chest of drawers pictured are empty) and also option for an additional chest of drawers in the room.

Room is available from June 24th till end of April 2025. 950pcm including bills. 600 deposit.

Bit about me:
I'm a wfh PhD student, super chilled and massive foody (I eat mainly veggie/pescatarian at home). I'm queer and smoker friendly. Like to keep things clean and tidy.
Other than that - outdoorsy, walker and swimmer, play sports, write poetry, read, game etc. I keep things pretty low key during the week but do have people visit and stay at the weekends occasionally. Would be happy for you to use loft room for any guests too.

ALSO I have two cats (Cleo and Raymond) who are lovely and super friendly. I'm looking for someone who loves cats as much as I do, would be happy to give them cuddles and just generally be a bit responsible with them i. e make sure they aren't let out at night etc. They eat a mixture of dry and raw food.
