Looking for a Couple to Join a Beautiful Seafront Flat 🌊

My current housemates are moving out, and I’m looking for a couple to take over the large bedroom in our amazing ground floor flat. I genuinely love living here and would hate to leave — it’s one of those rare homes that feels peaceful, cosy, and special the moment you walk in.

The Flat:

Ground floor flat in a terrace house
Huge double bedroom available (unfurnished)
Smaller bedroom at the back of the flat occupied by me
Massive shared living room with sea views
Spacious kitchen with views of the sea while you cook
Bathroom plus separate toilet
Fully furnished throughout apart from the available bedroom

The room would suit either a couple or a single professional looking for a spacious home by the sea

Costs:

Rent for the room: £1000 pcm
Bills not included
Bills are usually around £150 each per month, with council tax (Band D) being the largest expense

If a couple moves in, we’d split the total household costs three ways, which actually makes living in such a great location much more affordable.

About Me:
I’m pretty laid-back and respectful of people’s space. When I’m home, I usually like relaxing on the sofa, watching TV (including the terrible reality shows), cooking, or heading to the pub, beach, or out with friends. I enjoy a sociable home but also appreciate downtime and keeping the flat clean and comfortable for everyone.

I’m ideally looking for friendly, considerate people who want a relaxed and welcoming home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
