Lovely bedroom in a 2 bed flat on the sea front

I am looking for a couple to join me in my current flat. My housemates are moving to Spain and I need people to replace them so I don't have to leave this perfect home.

The home is a ground floor flat in a terrace house. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 huge bedroom (yours) and one small bedroom at the back of the house. It has a bathroom, a separate toilet, massive shared living room with windows that face the sea, and a decent sized kitchen.

Currently the living room is being used a bedroom so I don't have many updated pictures but I have videos that I can share also.

Rent is £1650 but split between the 3 of us would make it so we are all paying £565 each.
Bills are not included but added up there are roughly £150 Council tax being the most expensive bill (£72pm)

About me: When I am home I like to sit on the sofa, watch TV (even the bad shows), cook a nice meal and relax. I do like going out, going to the pub, going to the beach and socialising but I respect other peoples space. I am very laid back about most things but I do like to keep the house clean.

I am looking for a couple as the room is that big that it would be perfect for a couple to move into which also helps keep the cost is living in that property low considering the location is so perfect.

The property came unfinished but as my housemates are moving country they are wanting to also get rid/sell the furniture they have. If you are interested in this please let me know!
