Large Double room in a lovely flat in Hove

I am looking for a couple or a single person to join us in my current flat. My housemates are moving to Spain and I need people to replace them so I don't have to leave this perfect home.

The home is a flat on the third floor of Ashdown property with 3 bedrooms, 1 huge bedroom (yours) and two small bedroom with a large living area and a full furnished kitchen.

The has two toilets, a bathroom and a shower.
The living area has a very beautiful view of the Sussex cricket ground.

Rent is £1028 but split between the 2 of you or the person renting which would make it so we are all paying £512.50 each.

Bills are not included but added up there are roughly £98 monthly for wifi, council tax, electricity. Water and gas is paid 6monthly and 3monthly respectively.

About house mates; Easygoing, quiet and friendly. Both nurses usually at work most times. Love cooking and watching movies

We am looking for a couple as the room is that big that it would be perfect for a couple to move into which also helps keep the cost is living in that property low considering the location is so perfect.
