2 double bedrooms to rent in Hove

Hi! I’m currently looking for two housemates to take over my current housemates rooms as they’re moving in with their partners!

I live in a 3 bed ground floor flat with a small garden. Behind Hove station and very close to 7 bus route and the train station. The flat has a joint living/kitchen area with sofa and TV in with dining table too. We also have a dishwasher that’s in good condition. The bathroom has a shower and separate bath.

There is one large front room available for £690 per month and a smaller double room for £640 per month. The flat will have an end of tenancy clean before anyone is moved in, as well as an inventory report. The flat is unfurnished but the living area is mainly furnished already.
*deposits are around 800 or so including holding deposit!*

Bills come to £40 per month for gas and electric, water comes to roughly £15 per month, internet is £9 per month and council tax is £69 per month.

I work full time as an account manager and I am in the office in lancing every day. I have a black cat called casper who is an outdoor cat and is very loving and sweet but needs some time to warm up to people! I’m a clean person and like the communal areas tidy, and appreciate spending time as a house or doing my own thing! I love cooking, music, going out with friends and socialising, and would love having housemates with similar ish interests who like going to the pub or chilling and watching a film!
