2 rooms to rent in Hove

Hi! I'm currently looking for two people to take over my current housemates rooms from the end of August as they are moving out.

It's a lovely three bed flat on the second floor located on Western Road in Hove near Brunswick Square/Palmeria Square. Nearby is the beach with a 2 min walk around the corner, a local small Sainsbury and Tesco, along with many well connected bus routes.

The flat has a shared sunny living and kitchen area, please note, all of the stuff in the video will be gone but I/We will continue to make it feel homey with buying some furniture. The two double rooms are similar in size and will be unfurnished, although in one room, my flatmate might be able to leave some bits (ROOM 2).

Other bills roughly come up to £710 per month

I'm a 23 year old female working full time as a graphic designer for a creative agency based in the lanes. I'm a very relaxed, sociable and tidy housemate. I love cooking, hiking, travelling, reading, and music, and I would love to have housemates with a similar ish interest/vibe.
