Large, bright room next to beach in quiet flat

Bright large double bedroom available to rent in beautiful quiet flat in Hove right next to seafront/Hove Lagoon. Parking is good with a residential permit, it's a 1 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to a train station. The 700 bus stop is just next door which takes you into Brighton in 20 minutes.

The room is super quiet and gets the sunshine in the morning. The pictures of the room is not exactly how it will look as some of the furniture will be going but gives an idea on the size. The bed and desk will be in there and I plan to add in a wardrobe/chest of drawers over the coming weeks. Happy for people to bring their own furniture if that suits better.

I'm a 35yo professional who works full time from home and I'm looking for a lodger to join me, my dog (Zina) and cat (Mouse). Not a party house but I occasionally have friends over for dinner in the evenings, I also like my own time indoors watching TV and am a self-confessed nerd who loves playing video games. I'm an early bird because of the animals and usually in bed by 10pm!

Looking for someone independent who wants to do their own thing but is happy with chats over a coffee. Happy for someone to work from home a few times a week from the room too. Would want someone to be clean and respectful of my home and pets! Zina is a 9 year old retired greyhound, she sleeps for about 20 hours a day and most of the time you don’t know she's here. Mouse is 2 year old cat who has an excellent personality, she loves to climb and has a food obsession.

I'd welcome someone who has a cat of their own (indoors or outdoors), I used to foster cats/kittens so both the dog and cat are very much used to other cats being in the house.
