Looking for a (cool) roommate for a 2 bed house

My flatmate is moving out and i’m looking for someone cool. It’s a two bed house. Your bedroom would be upstairs, the rest of the place (my room/kitchen/living room/bathroom) is downstairs. There’s also a neat garden right outside your balcony door which is a nice view to wake up to! (if you are not crazy about the room there’s a possibility to swap rooms as well, i’m easy ;p) Short term is ok as well. It’s close to Hove train station + all buses going through Hove.

As for me, i’m in my mid30s, i run a music studio and produce music so i’m doing pretty much that all day long! i like cleanliness and i can cook, particularly Greek food, as i’m Greek :p
It's a music house so would be super cool if you’re into music/film or arts in general :D
