Short term let (possible long) room by the sea

My housemate is moving out on the 13th and the room will be vacant until September 14th ish.

In September I am moving so will be looking to rent the whole flat out, if you want to stay this can be discussed :)

If you want to stay just for these two months there is a discounted rate and no deposit or bills faff as it's short term. Otherwise the rent and bills total tends to be closer to £800 pcm- to give an idea of the costs for a long term tenancy from September onwards. But this can all be discussed :)

Looking for someone chilled and pretty clean. I WFH most of the time but am out most evenings. I'm vegetarian but not fussed if you are.

Room comes with bed and small bits of furniture, kitchen fully kitted out. And there is a storage cupboard external to the room.
