I’m going for a year abroad soon and I’m looking for someone to take over my room from August 2024 - August 2025.
It’s a 2 bedroom 4 floor house in Brunswick (near the Primark in town) with 1 female housemate at £675 per month + bills. I’m leaving all of my furniture except my mattress and bedding (ottoman double bedframe is staying but storage will be occupied)
The current tenant is a 22 year old female. She’s friendly but keeps to herself mostly.
