This dreamy flat needs a new housemate! The available bedroom is located in the front of the flat with a balcony and south facing windows.

You’ll be living with Ben (31, PhD candidate) and Gwen (31, charity sector) who both work from home. They are warm, friendly housemates that value spending time together as a house, as well as respecting each others’ privacy and downtime. (I would live with them forever if I could, but sadly i’m relocating to London for work!)

The house is full of light and plants, with one bathroom divided into a separate toilet and shower room.

You’re a 10 min walk from Western/Church Road, 10 min from Hove Station, and 20 min from Brighton Station. You’re also conveniently located on the 7 bus route!

The room does not come furnished, but I’m happy to sell you some of the furniture you see pictured in the bedroom photos. I am moving to a furnished flat and will not need mattress, bed frame, etc.
