Small Double Room in Hove

Hi there!
My lovely housemate Shannon is sadly moving out mid-September so I'm looking for someone to take over her room.

The flat is perfectly located in Hove, just 5 minutes from the seafront and about 15 minutes from Churchill Square, there is also a Co-Op and a couple other shops just around the corner. It's bright and cosy, there is a balcony that can be accessed from the living room and your room as well, and it offers some lovely views as well as the occasional live music from a nearby pub. The room itself is a small double and the rent is also lower, it is currently furnished and my housemate would be happy to sell some of her furniture should you need it.

As for me, my name's Jakub, I'm a 29 year old gay guy and I work full time as an automation engineer. I'm very laid back and a bit of a geek. I like video games, cooking, travelling, road trips, socialising etc.
Ideally I'm looking for someone chill and tidy who wouldn't mind the odd movie or games night or cooking together. The flat isn't exactly the biggest so I think it's important we get along well :) Also, please keep in mind this is a LGBTQ+ household and no students please.

Some numbers:
£700 for the room, council tax is £86 (band C) and all the bills (gas, electric, water and broadband) come to around £75 in the summer and £120 in the winter. The deposit is £822.
