I'm looking for someone to replace my flat mate, available immediately (tenancy starts end of first week of August but my previous housemate has already moved out)
🌻 Based on the beautiful Brunswick Terrace right on the seafront
🌻 The flat is graced by little doggo visits two nights a week
🌻recently renovated so brand new kitchen, floors etc (as of July 2023)
🌻 Lower ground flat which is only accessible by a short staircase, there are also steps to get into the building
🌻 Would ideally love to do some cute things together as flatmates but also respect our own space and privacy
About me:
🌻 I'm Sophie, 29 years old and have been living in Brighton for 10 years
🌻 I work as an advocate for rape crisis centre but wfh a fair bit
🌻 Neurospicy and queer, so queer + neuro diverse friendly essential
🌻 I'm a vegan and like to cook
🌻 Constantly picking up and putting down hobbies, some on the roster are rollerblading, crochet and knitting, clay, painting etc
It's important to me that home feels like a nice safe space ♥️
