The room is available from September and I’ll be happy to offer viewings.
Unfortunately the room is not suitable for couples or people that work from home (the room is a small double so no space for a desk ☹️).
The flat has restricted parking outside for two hours a day but is otherwise free. We are 5 mins walk from hove beach, 2 mins walk from boundary road and a 5 min walk to portslade station. Portslade station has direct links to London so handy if you need to commute.
I sometimes look after dogs so you must be okay with super cute and well behaved doggies. 🐶
