Double room & office/single room

I have 2 rooms in a beautiful 3 bedroom garden flat close to the seafront and Palmeira bus stop. It is a lovely part of Hove, close to everything with two public gardens right outside.

There is a WC by the front door, open plan living room / kitchen dining area, then the main bathroom and double room. The office/2nd bedroom is off the living area and leads to a courtyard and then up some steps to the garden.

Suitable for a single professional or student(s) wanting a space to work.

Ideally would like to find someone who is friendly, relaxed, clean/tidy and wanting to treat it like a home. It would be yours during the week and I would occasionally come back at weekends.

Not suitable for someone with lots of belongings as there is not a lot of storage space.

Would consider short term lets. Rent and bills can be discussed/agreed further. Please do let me know if you have any questions.
