Large Double Room with Balcony

Hello! I'm Anna, a 34 year old civil servant who is looking for a housemate to join my beautiful home.

The house is a three bedroom victorian terrace with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with log burner, dining room (/study), bathroom and separate toilet plus a good-sized garden along with a summer house that gets plenty of sunshine in the summer.

The bedroom comes with a king-size bed (including an eve mattress), large wardrobe and chest of drawers, and opens up to a private balcony that gets the sun all day long.

Situated on a quiet road off the main High Street, it's an 8 min walk to Portslade Station, and the number 1 bus is 2 mins away, taking you to Brighton centre in under half an hour.

The room will be available from the end of August until early December as I will be on a career break, including spending two months abroad. You will be sharing with my wonderful friend (also called Anna) who works at Brighton University, and will also have Peggy (the terrier) who will be making an appearance.

We're looking for a housemate who is after a quiet and friendly home, who is clean/tidy (standard requirement surely!), and easy going.

Bills e. g. virgin fibre broadband/water/council tax/energy included. Parking permits available for on-street parking otherwise it's free the road along.

The room is available from 30th August until early December.
