A room to rent in a 3-bed flat in Central Hove. Great location: less than 5 mins from the station, and a 20 min walk into Brighton (or the 7 bus right outside your door!).
I'm moving out and looking for someone to replace me in a shared tenancy. You'd be living with Beth(30s) and Dan(30s) both professionals who are sociable but respect personal space.
The room can come furnished, or unfurnished: your preference!
I'm asking for an £100 deposit which I will return to you on the day you get your keys. The landlord requires references and a guarantor if you are a student.
I moved to Brighton from Essex and this was the perfect flat for me - the room fits a double bed easily and has enough room for storage and yoga ;)
