Bright double in 3 bedroom flat

Hi there!!
Our tenancy is renewing October 1st so we are looking for a replacement for one of our flatmates.
Smaller sized double room looking for a professional or mature student.

Flat has a large open plan living / dining room and kitchen with an integrated double oven, washer dryer and dishwasher.
Bathroom shared with one flatmate including a bath with underfloor heating.
Heating and hot water is included within the rent.
We also have a handyman on site and communal areas of the building are cleaned weekly.

Potential for flatmate to leave bed etc if needed.

Flatmates are myself, Beth 31, mainly working from home and I work in travel.

Dan who you may meet as will be moving out shortly, 39 and a GP (he has recently purchased his own property)

We are a social house and me and Dan love to watch NFL on a Sunday!
