Cozy room to rent near Hove station

The room is located on the other side of the apartment, so it will feel like your own space. It’s nice and quiet, west facing. Built in wardrobe with plenty of space for hanging and folded clothes. I would describe the room as partially furnished and marked with an X what is not included, however, if specific items are needed then these can be supplied within reason.

Location is amazing. It’s no more than 3 minutes walk to Hove station, 3 pubs within 2 minutes walk, surrounded by plenty of buses to town, to many coffee shops to count nearby.

There is 1 bathroom in the property that will be shared with myself. The kitchen and living area is clean and tidy, kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need, top quality chef’s knives, le creuset pots.

This is the fun part, writing about myself… Im in my late 20s and have called this home for the past couple of years. I live here full time, I’m a single professional and I’m very clean and tidy. I love reading and learning, gaming, gym and fitness, socialising, travelling and exploring!

Looking for someone equally clean and tidy. Male or female, more importantly they are polite and respectful, please no smoking/pets/work from home.
