I am moving in with my partner and looking for someone to sublet to for a minimum of 3 months and maximum of 12 months. After that time, my original long term contract with the owner will end. She is a family friend and it's possible you might be able to negotiate with her to stay for longer, but the actual rent I am locked into is higher than I am advertising (£1350). I have reduced it because it is a sublet. I will be looking to join my partner's mortgage in a few months, so I will need the rent in cash in order not to show any dramatic changes on my statements.

I am leaving the bed and the sofa, but taking the piano and mirror that you can see in the photo. You are welcome to add furniture and make the space your own.

Electricity bills are usually around £50-£80 for me, but depends on your usage and the time of year. I think I am porting the wifi with me, but if you would like wifi then we can discuss it.
