Looking for flatmate for 11th September

Hi,

Our flatmate is moving out in September and we are looking for someone to join us.

A bit about us:
We are all in our early thirties and moved in together in Jan for a year's lease.

Ellie is in marketing and changing her career to counselling. Jord is doing a career change of is own and trying his hand at recruitment. Hattie is a school teacher and loving the holidays at the moment :)

We are all outdoorsy and sociable. If you like an occasional sea swim, a game of tennis or a walk on the seafront, this might be the house for you.
We also like our own space and to chill on the weekdays.

We would love to find someone around our ages to move in.

A few useful details:
- The room is unfurnished
- Rent is £543 plus bill
- No deposit, the deposit is paid monthly in the rent (included in the £543)
- House is near the hove trainstation
- Moving date is on the 11th of September

The location is lovely and it would be the perfect place for someone looking for a new home.

Our schedules are a bit scattered at the moment with holidays. We would be looking to have viewings soon.
