I'm moving out due to work commitments from the start of September so my two wonderful flatmates are looking for someone to move in to replace me.
Lovely, fully furnished, spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat - the pictures speak for themselves - it's truly a lovely flat and I'm quite upset to be moving out!
Great location in Hove; 2 minute walk from the beach, 5 minute walk to the big Tesco, with plenty of pubs, bars and other amenities nearby.
Bills are roughly £150 on top of rent, so looking at around £900 a month.
My flatmates, John and Alex, are both so lovely and I couldn't speak highly enough of them.
