Double bedroom available in cosy 2 bed flat!

I’m moving out of my flat and looking for someone to replace me ASAP - ideally need to have this confirmed by 14th August latest. Free to do viewings everyday this week and next (apart from Saturday 10th August). Property is available from 15th September but need to have this confirmed a month before for paperwork, etc.

The flat is in a perfect location! Here are some local amenities which I’ve found very useful while living here:
* Hove beach - 10 minute walk
* Aldrington train station - 15 minute walk
* Hove train station - 20 minute walk
* Sainsbury’s local - 4 minute walk
* Tesco Superstore - 10 minute walk
* Hove high street - 15 minute walk

The bedroom is very spacious and has built in wardrobes so you won’t have to worry about storage. On top of this, I’ve managed to fit a double bed, large chest of drawers, clothes rail, keyboard, and guitars, so plenty of space!

Elena is the current flatmate, a 26 year old working professional from Spain. She is very clean and tidy, and would like to share with someone who shares those same values.
