We have a lovely en-suite double room available in our gorgeous flat in the Brunswick area 🌞(more photos to come!) sadly our flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend but great news for you! The move in date is 5th March but currently flexible on that given it’s so soon!
You will have your own area/side in the flat, including your own wardrobe, bathroom, and hallway, door entry to the flat.
You will be moving in with myself (32) and Hannah (28). We love the flat and the space, keen to make it a home and not just a flat share
I work in financial services full time and work from home twice a week, and Hannah is a full time nail artist ✨ We are social, enjoy sharing the communal kitchen+living room, watching films (we do have a television😂), hanging out, but also love our personal time so never feel like you’re being rude by chilling in your room 😊
Rent will be £650 per month with:
Bills - around £130 monthly on top
The flat is less than a minute from Hove lawns and the sea front, perfect during the summer, and just a ten minute walk to town. We’re close to lots of lovely cafes and pubs too which is handy but lethal sometimes 🤭
