Current flatmate is moving out in October so need to find a new housemate by end of September ideally.

Flat is well situated on Lansdowne Street in Hove, it’s very close to the beach and Hove Lawns and all the shops on Western Road.

There is on street parking but I don’t drive so I am not sure how much a parking permit would be, but it is available.

This is a private rented property through an estate agent, but I am looking for a housemate for them.

Note: I have listed this as unfurnished, the bedroom is available unfurnished, but the double bed frame and mattress would be available to buy from outgoing tenant for £50.
