The flat generally gets a lot of natural light, thanks to a transparent roof above the hallway, making it particularly lovely in the summer. The landlord has planned renovations for the kitchen this month and the bathroom next year.

I'm Ixl, 27 and work in software/live events commuting 2-3 times a week to London.
I'm clean, friendly and have been living at the property for 4 years now and have a great relationship with the landlord.
Amenities Include:
Cooker and Hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher,
fast internet (350Mbps down/100Mbps up, with a potential upgrade soon).
Bills Include:
Council Tax (Band B), water, gas, electricity, internet
A £300 holding deposit is required upon agreement, which will be deducted from your first month's rent.
Move-in costs include:
-First months rent: £875
-Second months rent (in advance): £875
Bills included in the price.
This is a sublet and I have been given written permission from the landlord to sublet this property.
I have 6 months left on the tenancy and plan to renew.
