Large Master Bedroom in Ground-Flat with Home Gym

Hi!

We have a lovely space in our furnished professional home as one of our flatmates is moving in with his partner. The large unfurnished room is available 1st October. It is a perfect location in the very popular Brunswick Place between Brighton + Hove and on the seafront!

We always get lots of applicants so please be hasty!

It is a large room with plenty of overhead storage and a large window, full of natural light and high ceilings with plenty of wall space. Plenty of space for larger beds too and easily big enough for a couple.

We are looking for someone who enjoys socialising and adds contribution to the flat with occasional flat-meals and being courteous about the space we share. We are a professional home and require that the shared spaces are looked after and basic duties are kept to. We have a home-gym space which Chris uses to PT his private clients as a Strength and Conditioning Coach whilst I am a pilates instructor (Chris is a full-time chef by-day).

I am often found out on my paddleboard in all weathers. We also are very into our music, particularly gigging & going to festivals & we are big food lovers + we both love following the football. Down-to-earth and always happy to have a cup of tea and a chat and are mental-health positive. We both have partners who regularly stay over also.

The living space has been redesigned to have a fully functional home-gym space, working-desk space, full kitchen and dining table/sofa space.

The flat is a real steal and a safe space for everyone and we look forward to welcoming you and getting to know you.

Please note no heavy drug-users or heavy drinkers please. Couples encouraged, open-minded to pets.
