I am a professional single male looking for a lodger who would like to rent a room.
I am seeking a mature , sensible minded professional individual who is in full time employment and who travels to a place of work.
The single occupancy bedroom and shower room, WC & handbasin - bathroom located beside bedroom and for your exclusive use - is on the ground floor of this house built in 1999. This space is not suitable for pets.
The house is in a cul de sac off Palmeira Ave ,so has quite a secluded feel to the place. You can barely hear the traffic in fact.
It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the beach.
This south facing room with a desk and chair overlooks the front patio on which is a table and chairs.
The kitchen is well equiped with a double oven , airfryer and electric pressure cooker etc. There is a table and chair in the kitchen
The whole property was refurbished a few years ago and is in good condition.
My living / sleeping area is on the upper floors and is monitored by CCTV. There is a video doorbell.
I spend a great amount of time at my partner's home but I am here occasionally.
The rent icludes Council tax and bills.
