I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a friendly flat in Hove from November 1st.
The room is a double room in a 5 bed house in Hove. Situated between Brunswick Square and Palmeria Square. 5 mins from the sea, 2 minutes from shops/cafes.
Current house is made up of 2 guys and 4 girls (including myself), all friendly and social.
The house has a private landlord.
Rent is £600 pcm not including bills, paid in cash to the landlord. Bills approx £120 Inc council tax. Council tax band D.
Ideally looking for someone between the age of 23-30. Professionals preferred.
Potential to pass on current furniture for a small fee as required.
I'm moving out as I will be leaving Brighton and Hove over the next couple of months.
