Hello,
The flat:
Spare front room going in a lovely ground floor flat about 5-8mins walk to the beach, local shops and pubs, 10 mins to hove station and 30mins into central brighton.
The room is unfurnished, it has an ensuite bath and cupboard space. The flat has a lovely sunny garden which I have big plans for this year (any help would be very appreciated…!).
I have just moved into the flat so I am in the process of getting all the living room furniture. There is on street parking with a council permit (it’s in area N so no waiting list currently).
£750 per month (not including bills ie wifi / council tax band B / water / gas / electricity) with one months rent as the deposit.
About me:
I am a 27 year old doctor so I have random shift work patterns, when I am not working I am generally quite busy and out of the house. I am interested in yoga, meditation, music / gigs, sea swimming, surfing and hiking. Not a big drinker / partier.
Flatmate wanted:
I am looking for a future flatmate and hopefully a new friend. I would like to foster community living based on respect, good communication and kindness.
Ideally looking for a flatmate who is vegetarian/vegan, non-smoker, likes keeping a neat and tidy house, works out of the house, someone who is happy to be independent as I can often be away due to my flexible shift patterns.
