Description
I am letting out a small double room for rent in my Hove flat, right on the border between Brighton and Hove, about a 20 second walk from Hove lawns and the seafront! Just a heads up the room is small (photos may make it look larger than it is).
Lots of shops/bars around, 15 min walk or even shorter bus to city center.
Looking for a social, clean flatmate ideally a professional but open to students. Non smoker preferred just because it will be an hassle for you to go outside to smoke. However, vapers are fine.
There are no pets currently, but a family dog does stay from time to time. So just a heads up if you don't like dogs.
The room comes with a single bed, an open wardrobe, a slim chest of draws, and an under bed storage boxes and a desk. There's also an attic for storing stuff long term with plenty of space.
All bills are included. There is a large TV in the living room with subscription to various media (Netflix, Amazon, Disney, YouTube).
I'm a 31-year-old professional who will occasionally WFH but will go to the office Monday to Friday. Gym most evenings so any gym buddies welcome.
No preference over Male or Female, Happy to have people around from time to time but due to the size of the flat and the fact that sound travels not the best place for parties (again from time to time not a problem). Would be nice to have a flatmate who fancies going pub now and again... But not essentiall 😅 Again a more social flatmate is preferred, just because the flat itself is quite cozy and we'd be spending a lot of time in the communal space together.
Can be ready to move in November 12th. Drop me a message if it sounds like something you're interested in, will be doing viewings from the 1st to the 8th of November.
One thing to note for drivers, Zone M is bad for parking (there is a wait list) nearest free parking is up by Hove park and it would be a couple months before you are able to get a permit from the council.
