Double room in West Hove available early October

Double room approx 290 x 310 cms (9 foot x 10 foot) with double french doors leading to a private patio garden, high ceiling, laminate floor, black out curtains and LED recessed spot lights. There is a single bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail and desk which can be left in the room or removed if you would prefer the room unfurnished.

Bathroom is shared with me and has a corner bath with shower, steam and jacuzzi. There is some storage space for you in the bathroom.

The kitchen is shared with me and has a breakfast bar with stools. I don't eat meat and ask that you don't cook it although pre-cooked meat, microwave meals and take away all fine. You will have your own cupboard and shelf in the fridge.

The living room is not a shared space.

I work from home Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm in the living room which is open to the kitchen. It would not be suitable to have a lodger who works from home regularly or part time although on occasion would be ok. However access to the kitchen would be limited if I'm on a video call.

I have 2 friendly cats who are very much an integral part of this household. You would not be expected to let them in your room.

I do all the cleaning and just ask that you clear up after yourself.

Parking is readily available but is for permit holders only between 11am-12pm and 6-7pm. The rest of the time and all weekend it's unrestricted.
