Bright, quiet, south facing double room to rent for one female housemate, located in the popular Poets Corner area of Hove with live in landlady and one other housemate, both very friendly and chilled female professionals :)

Great commuter links with Hove station (around 5 minute walk). Lovely local pubs, coffee shops, bakery, supermarket all close by and seafront 10 mins walk.


Room is available unfurnished ( photo furniture will be removed). Will also consider basic furnishing, TBD.

Shared use of large bathroom, lounge dining room, and kitchen, leading onto South facing back garden/Patio area.
Unfortunately not looking for anyone with pets.

Parking is by permit (Zone R) and there are no waiting lists at present.

I enjoy, fitness, the gym, sports, the outdoors and equally social time in the pub, out and about or at home with friends. As I’m quite house-proud, I like a clean, tidy house to come home to. Looking for another female housemate for initial short term let with a similar lifestyle.
