Weekday home in friendly flat

Ideally looking for a Monday to Friday flatmate to take on my second bedroom which come fully furnished with wardrobe, desk and double bed.
I work from home and would ideal like like someone that works out.
Love to socialise and get out and about. The Fiat has beautiful period features and high ceilings. It has carpets throughout and the spare bedroom has double doors which look out onto another residents garden.
The room is spacious and whilst the shared bathroom is small with just single shower cubicle it’s all nicely put together.
