Room in friendly flat

The Flat has beautiful period features and high ceilings. It has carpets throughout and the spare bedroom has double doors which look out onto another residents garden.
The room is spacious and whilst the shared bathroom is small with just single shower cubicle it’s all nicely put together.
Looking for female that works outside the house as I work at home and someone that gets out and about and isn’t sat in their room all weekend and evenings. Someone sociable and tidy and trustworthy.
