2-3 bed house to rent for 1 month

Hello, I am looking to rent out my house near Seven Dials in Hove for a month (from 7th October - 4th November) whilst I go travelling. It is a furnished, detached house with 2-3 bedrooms.

The master bedroom is lovely and spacious, occupying the top floor of the house. It has an en suite bathroom and a super king size bed.

The second bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom next door, and is on the first floor.

I will lock one room to keep my possessions out of the way, I am happy for this to be either the third bedroom (which would otherwise have a sofa bed), or the study - both rooms are also on the first floor. We can discuss this once you have viewed the property.

On the ground floor, there is a lounge, a separate kitchen and a patio garden.

The house also has a driveway for off street parking.

I am looking for kind, respectful tenants who will look after the property - it is not a party house! Sorry, no pets. Bonus points if you are happy to water my house plants 🪴
