We’re Lydia, Molly & Arthur and we have a lovely double room available for rent in our spacious and friendly house share.

The room is available immediately and we’re looking for someone to move in ASAP, so please do get in touch if you’d like to hear more!

Unfortunately, the landlord is looking to sell the property in the new year, so we are looking for someone on a short-term basis - until December 22nd.

The house is in a great location - only one street away from Hove Park and Lidl, and less than a 5 minute walk to the local train station and bus stop.

The bedroom is located on the first floor, at the back of the property, and overlooks our little courtyard. It has lots of natural light and built in storage space. The room comes unfurnished, but has decent space for furniture.

The house itself is pretty big and is spread across three floors - including a communal kitchen, living/dining area, and small outside space (often used for BBQ’s) on the ground floor.

Rent is £546pcm and bills tend to come to £150/160pcm. The deposit is £606.

We’re a relaxed but sociable house, that enjoys hanging out together after work (communal dinners, box-set binging, a competitive game of tennis etc!), but also respect each other’s privacy and chill time.
