Furnished en-suite for rent Hove

I’m renting out a room in Hove for 4 months from start of October to end of February whilst I’m away travelling.

The room is in a 4 bedroom flat with 3 other lovely girls all aged 22-24. I am looking for a girl in this age range to fill my spot while I'm away. I will set you up for a coffee or a drink with the other girls and I to check you all get along.

We’ve got a large living room with a tv and dining table as well as a nice modern kitchen. There’s plenty of space and the girls are all sociable - we watch films in the evenings, cook together etc.

Lovely big room with huge windows, a king bed and an ensuite. The room will be fully furnished (minus all my clothes etc.). £660 per month +bills (approx. £120) will need to be covered.

Must provide a reference and a contract with a refundable deposit for furniture will be in place. The house is a 4 min walk from Hove station and there is parking in zone N right outside the property.
