We are offering a cozy ground-floor room in our family home, ideal for a responsible individual who enjoys a warm and welcoming environment. While I visit the property from time to time, I do not live there, I am posting this for my parents.

- Wardrobe, drawers, and a large mirror
- A shoe rack (it's under the bed)
- Comfortable seat which opens to provide extra storage space
- Two doors: one from the house corridor and the other leading to the back patio (with a lock and curtains for privacy).
- Strong Wi-Fi signal for uninterrupted connectivity

ps - ignore the big hoover in the image, this will be out of the way.

Shared Amenities:
- Shared bathroom (toilet is separate from the shower and sink for added convenience)
- Ample space in the kitchen for your groceries, with a dedicated shelf in both the fridge and freezer

Household:
You’ll be living with my parents, who both work, my 8-year-old sister, and a small, senior male dog. We speak Spanish as our first language but also speak English.

The house is peaceful, and we hope to find someone who is clean, respectful, and comfortable living alongside a family.

The house is conveniently located close to many useful trains stations and shops.
- 15 min walk to seafront
- 10 min walk to Hove and Aldrington train stations
- 4 min walk to Sackville Bus stop (bus No 5/a/b), or 5 min walk to Portland road bus stop (for buses 2, 49, 48)
- 10 mins from Hove park
- 10 mins from George street and the big Tesco
