Hello! I'm looking for someone to move in mid November into a large double bedroom in my rented flat in BN3. Tenancy starts 16th November 2024 for 1 year minimum. Tenancy can extend for as long as you'd like.
Rent is £800pcm and around £100 for all bills incl, water, gas, electric, council tax, and WiFi. So £900 total. Council tax band D. Deposit is £800pcm and protected by DPS.
No students, women only as we are a women only flat and a UK guarantor will be required.
The room is a huge double, with plenty of room for a double bed, TV, wardrobe, desk etc and is located on the 2nd floor of 3 floors.
The flat is shared with 4 others but 2 tenants have their own separate mini-flat upstairs, so you would be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with only 2 others!
The flat has a large living room, storage throughout, a washing machine and is 30seconds away from shops on Western Road and 30seconds to the seafront (which you can see from living room)
20min walk to Brighton Station or a 10minute bus from Brunswick Square which is again is literally across the road,
A woman is preferred as the current flatmates are all women and are very friendly, no pressure to be sociable but pubs trips and nights in are always fun!
