You will be sharing the apartment with my lovely flatmate Emma who is 26 and a working professional. Ideally looking for a female mid-late 20s, clean and tidy who wants a peaceful home to live in. We live in a beautiful Victorian building which has a lot of older residents so not ideal for someone who likes to party a lot.
The room comes with a wardrobe and has a beautiful sea view. Huge shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Parking situation is super easy. I was accepted for a permit straight away and always plenty of spaces.
Rent is £675 and around £820 with bills on top.
