Short Term Let In Fab Hove House

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room for four months (November - February) while I’m away traveling. I’ve lived here for a year and absolutely love the house and the girls you’ll be sharing with!

A little bit about the room…
It’s a large double bedroom on the top floor of the house with loads of space for a desk to WFH. It has a window on both sides so gets loads of light morning and evening, and double glazing so stays super toasty in winter. There is a big landing which is also part of the room, and has built in rails and shelves for hanging clothes and extra storage. There is a bathroom a couple of stairs down which is mainly for the use of my room, it has just been renovated with a large new shower and extra plants. I’ll be leaving all the furniture which consists of a double bed, big standing desk and chair, chest of drawers, 2x side tables, mirror, lamps and landing shelves.

The rest of the house…
The house has lots of comunal space with a big double living room, a sofa, TV, (lots!) of cook books, bikes and a wine rack! This leads through to an open plan kitchen / diner with an amazing pantry, big table for hosting and modern kitchen appliances . There is practically everything you could ever need in the kitchen and a Nutribullet & espresso machine. This room also gets a lot of light and has a great view to the garden, a lovely place to sit and have your morning coffee. There is another communal bathroom and the second floor and a toilet on the ground floor. The house is located a 5 min walk from the sea and 2mins from Tesco & Co-op. It’s round the corner from George street and has bus stops into Brighton at both ends of the road. The parking zone is N which doesn’t have a waitlist currently. The bills are included and a cleaner who comes weekly.

The gals you’ll be living with…
Lucy owns the house which is super useful for if anything goes wrong, she’s on it! She works hybrid for a hot sauce start up and also teaches yoga in Hove. She’s fab cook, always up for a post work pint or a weekend cycle ride in the downs.

Ciorstaidh moved in a couple of months after me and works in props / art dept for TV. She just completed the Brighton Triathlon and is an avid climber.

We’d love someone that was easy going and wants a homely house vibe.
